This lovely little bacon rasher basted chicken/turkey is destined to be succulent and juicy, you can also see the sage and onion stuffing inside the body cavity where it flavours the bird. The roasted chicken/turkey can be removed from its roasting pan and placed on a serving dish - ready to carve!
The roasting pan has juices and drippings flavoured with roasted carrot, parsnip and onion ready for your dollhouse occupant to make a delicious gravy.
